If you have an iPhone, chances are you take photos with it. (If you don’t have an iPhone, why not? It will CHANGE YOUR LIFE.)
The cool thing about iPhone and its gazillion Apps is that there are a plethora (I love that word) of Apps that let you play with your photos right then and there, instead of waiting until you get home and then messing with them in Photoshop.
Here are few of the photo Apps that my friends and I use the most often:
1. Hipstamatic
You’ve seen this one anywhere and everywhere on the Internet. I don’t use it often, but I know that it’s Catherine’s favorite.
2. Shake It
My friend Kerri Anne first introduced me to it, and as someone who owns a Polaroid, I love the way it “develops” before your eyes.
3. Camera Bag
It has twelve different processes and I have a lot of fun applying them to different photos.
4. TiltShift
This one is a fake miniature toy camera. I LOVE the way some photos turn out with it. It can even make a snake look cool.
5. Camera +
My friend Hillary told me about this one and it’s the one I use the most right now. It has so many edits and fixes that you can apply to photos.
For example, if you take a photo with a lot of light behind your subject(s), you can apply the “backlit” process and it brightens up the photo.
Or you can just apply different processes until you come out with something that looks kind of neat.

It’s pretty rad – almost like having Photoshop on your phone. Seriously. :)
Camera + is still my favourite! I haven’t found an app with more edits or options. I use Hipstamatic and Shake It from time to time but I always go back to Camera +.

Everyone wants to know who took it and they’re always shocked when I tell them that I took it with my iPhone, using the Hipstamatic app.
That was the best $1.99 I’ve ever spent!
I get compliments every time I post photos using it as well. $1.99 well spent, indeed.
