If you have an iPhone and take photos with it, you’re probably on Instagram. If not, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? I’m kidding. Sort of. Instagram is such a great community of people sharing and commenting and “liking” and if you don’t get it, well, I can’t help but think that maybe you don’t like having friends. Or something.
I know that I talked about Instagram back in December when it was fairly new but it’s come a long way, baby. There is so! much! more! that you can do with it. Let me tell you a few of them.
Photo Apps:
Diptic is an app that lets you make, um, diptichs for posting on Instagram. Like this:
Tiny Planet Panoramic images are stitched together to make what looks like a tiny planet. Like so.
Other fun stuff:
Inkstagram is a web app that lets you use Instagram on your computer. Login, and you can view the stream of Instagrammers you follow as well as your own stream in a grid. You can also follow new users and comment, “like”, etc.
Artflakes is a site that makes 4″x4″ stickers of your Instagram photos. I’m a little bit (too) excited to try this out.
Do you have an iPad? Instagallery is Instagram in the form of an iPad app. You can view your streams and popular photos, plus organize photos into sets and make slideshows.
Prinstagr.am turns your stream into a 20″x40″ poster. They make a grid of the Instagram photos you choose. Hang it on your wall for some inspiration/fun.
Instamaker is like Zazzle for Instagrammers. You can turn your Instagram photos into t-shirts, mugs, and postcards. The drag and drop interface makes it easy peasy.
Do you have any Instagram-related Apps or tools that you can’t live without?
